Shipping & Handling Charges
Our shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of the order. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. Additional shipping charges will be assessed to oversize items. A $50 re-stocking fee may apply to any saddle returns. All orders are subject to verification.

Our standard shipping method is surface delivery. Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories should receive their orders within 7 to 10 business days, custom or special orders will ship upon receipt.  Saddles cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes they will arrive via UPS, signature required.  We do not ship Internationally.  Contact us for pricing on next day or second day shipping services.

Returns Policy
Exchanges only on all new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days from receipt. No returns or exchanges on saddles, trophy, engraved, monogrammed tack or special orders. All manufacturer warranties are handled through the specific manufacturer, if you require a copy of a receipt just ask!
